Saigon Centre is a mixed-used development strategically located along Le Loi Boulevard in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s (HCMC) central business district in District 1.
Phase 1, completed in 1996, remains the preferred business address for diplomatic corps, multinational corporations, banking and financial institutions including the Singapore Consulate Office, DBS Bank, IE Singapore, AIG, Reuters and Mitsubishi Corporation.
To meet the demand for prime office and retail space in HCMC, Saigon Centre is undergoing expansion for Phase 2 development. Standing at a total of 42 storeys, Saigon Centre Phase 2 will comprise 44,000 sqm of premium Grade A office space, 7 storeys of 47,000 sqm retail space and about 200 units of luxury serviced apartments when completed by end 2017.
Phase 2 retail mall opened in end July 2016.
Designed by internationally renowned architect, NBBJ of New York, Saigon Centre Phase 2 development was conferred the Green Mark Gold (Provisional) Award by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore in 2012. The project was also named the Best Commercial Project and the Best Retail Project at the Vietnam Property Awards 2015.
